Do you feel conflicted or out of sync with your values? Are you struggling to set boundaries in your family or personal relationships? If you are a Black, Indigenous, or person of color facing stress at the intersections of your life, I offer a safe space to talk and reflect. My goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges and mental health concerns while supporting you in discovering your strengths and resilience. I understand how identity, culture, and trauma can shape our experiences, and I strive to create a welcoming space where you feel heard and respected.

As a therapist, my work is grounded in trauma-informed, client-centered, and strength-based practices because I know everyone’s path is different and needs personal support. Building a strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of my work, and I partner with clients to explore their experiences, needs, and goals.

My approach to therapy is open, flexible, and caring. I help people who want to better understand themselves and work through thoughts or actions that don’t match their values or goals. Change and healing are possible with intention and effort. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation call.

My approach is collaborative and solution-focused, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I also incorporate somatic work.
