At MoSo, our Somatic Mindful Movement Sessions & Workshops are designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate resilience from the inside out. These sessions combine mindful movement, guided meditations, body awareness, and somatic techniques to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Whether you’re looking to ease anxiety, process stored tension, improve posture and mobility, or simply deepen your mind-body connection, our sessions meet you where you are. No previous experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and listen to your body.

If you are currently a therapy client at Modern Soul Therapy, you may choose to participate in movement sessions as an additional, optional service. These sessions are designed to complement—not replace—your psychotherapy process. Participation is entirely voluntary and will not impact your therapeutic care. For individuals who are not current therapy clients, sessions are available as a stand-alone wellness offering.

Current therapy clients are offered a reduced rate as a way to supplement and enhance their ongoing care. Sessions are also available to the wider community at our standard rate.

As the founder of Modern Soul Therapy, Mallory brings a unique blend of expertise as a Dance/Movement Therapist, Psychotherapist, dance fitness instructor, and professional dancer. Her lifelong passion has been weaving movement and mental health into a powerful path toward healing and self-discovery.

Through individualized Somatic Mindful Movement Sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and cultivate balance in a way that complements your traditional mental health journey.

If you’re interested in private sessions, these are tailored to your specific needs, whether you’re seeking grounding, stress relief, or a deeper connection with yourself.

If you’re interested in a more introductory approach, a group session may be a great option, upcoming seasonal drop in groups will be announced soon!
