Our Care.

  • Anxiety

At MoSo, our clinicians specialize in treating anxiety through both evidence-based therapy and holistic, body-based practices. We support individuals struggling with generalized anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD symptoms, prenatal and postpartum anxiety, and more complex presentations. Our integrative approach includes cognitive support, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation strategies to calm the body and ease the mind. Together, we help you reduce distress, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and build resilience for lasting relief.

  • Depression

Our team offers specialized care for depression, addressing symptoms such as persistent sadness, irritability, low energy, changes in sleep or appetite, and feelings of hopelessness. Alongside traditional therapeutic approaches, we incorporate body-based practices like movement, breathwork, and mind–body connection to help restore vitality. By integrating emotional, cognitive, and physical healing, we support you in rediscovering balance, motivation, and meaning in your life.

  • Neurodivergence

At MoSo, we honor the unique strengths and perspectives that come with a neurodivergent mind. We provide specialized support for individuals with ADHD, AuDHD, those who identify as highly sensitive, or who may be on the high-functioning autism spectrum. Our work addresses common challenges such as attention, focus, impulsivity, and sensory regulation, while also celebrating the creativity, depth, and resilience that neurodivergence brings. We integrate holistic and body-based strategies to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and executive functioning.

  • Trauma Healing

Our clinicians are highly trained in supporting individuals coping with trauma, grief, life transitions, PTSD, and stressor-related concerns. We use trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies alongside somatic and holistic practices that honor the body’s role in healing. By integrating techniques such as grounding, movement, and nervous system regulation, we help clients process difficult experiences safely and restore a sense of empowerment, safety, and connection.

  • Life Transitions

Change can be both exciting and challenging, and navigating major life transitions—such as career shifts, relationship changes, relocation, or personal milestones—often brings stress, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. At MoSo, we provide compassionate, individualized support to help you move through these changes with confidence and resilience. By addressing both the mind and body, we help you manage stress, stay connected to your values, and adapt to life’s changes with balance and clarity.

  • Relationships

At MoSo, we support individuals and couples in strengthening both their relationships with others—partners, family, friends, and colleagues—and their relationship with themselves. We recognize that relational challenges, whether internal or interpersonal, can impact emotional well-being and overall health. Our clinicians guide you in improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, cultivating self-compassion, and fostering deeper connection.
